He has been a Biotech Global Launch Manager, Process Development Scientist and an Operations Manager with 15 years’ experience in process development, process and cleaning validation, technology transfer, manufacturing implementation and product launch. Dr. Thote is also an ASQ Certified Six-sigma Black Belt for Process Improvement under Operational Excellence, excels in Project Portfolio Management for Development, Compliance, Regulatory projects.
